Day 51 of 100 Days of Blogging

Just got a letter in the mail that my $1500 hospital bill (we don't have health insurance) from when I went in December because of my worst and longest migraine ever and had to have an IV cocktail was completely written off and we don't have to pay a penny of it! Praise God!

    I guess that means we don't have to make Damaris wash dishes at that restaurant now...or maybe we should still make her and just keep the money for ourselves. She'll never know. :-P

    praise God, indeed.

    i do have insurance, but i am still getting little bills here or there from my 4-hours at the hospital with kidney stones. what amazes me, is that they didn't even do anything, except one CAT Scan and i peed in a cup. the total bill for those 4 hours... $6000. what?!
