It's my birthday. As of today, I'm 35. Yep, halfway between 30 and 40. 30 was awful for me. I wouldn't even say that I was 30. I called it Twenty-Ten. Yuck! But 35. It's ok. I'm accepting that life isn't what I thought it would be. I have a new normal. I'm a wife, a Mamma, a knitter, a friend, a fibromyalgia fighter. Another year has passed. A new year ahead. So, it's my birthday. I'm 35. And that's ok. Happy birthday to me!

Happy birthday! Blessed that we do each year together. I love you. You're amazing!
ReplyDeleteAs a fellow fibromyalgia fighter whose computer was out of commission (out of my house, in fact) so I'm just reading this, happy birthday. Hope it was great. And a question--what are you going to do when you get to 57 like I did last June?????
ReplyDeleteThank you Janet! Who knows what I'll do when I get to 57. LOL! Being as we'll be young empty nesters (Damaris turns 18 just days after I turn 40), the possibilities are endless. :)
